Rules shortly:
There are several options in the rulebook, we played only one of them. One of the players hides a small chip under a picture. The others ask questions which can be answered with Yes or No. Inadequate pictures are put away. There will be only one pictures left over at the end. The last kid questioning is the winner.
My opinion:
As I mentioned, we played only one option from the rulebook. There is another where You have to choose two pictures, one by another and tell why You are connecting those two pictures. There is some psychology in that verion, and I don't prefer those games.
But I was sure the kids will enjoy the rule with the questions, because they like Guess Who as well. Despite the rules we always started the game with 50 pictures. I am not sure whether to say bacause or despite the very simple game, but with Kid2 (4 years, 7 months) it was a great success. There can not be sunset without playing it every day. But since neither the design nor the gameplay in the game does not offer anything great, after a few days it will go to the shelf and come back sometimes only on cold and rainy days.
There is one more important thing to mention: Kid3 (2 years, 1 months) likes this game very much. He plays with me, and after my question I tell him which pictures to remove from the table: "Put the airplane away". This is very useful for two reasons:
1. he enjoy playing a family game with us
2. it is a good developing tool for him to think about what an airplane is and then serch for it among the pictures.
